    Product Description:

    The exhaust gas turbine of the turbocharger is installed on the same shaft as the compressor. The exhaust gas turbine is driven by the exhaust gas discharged by the engine, and drives the compressor to compress the air sucked through the air filter, thereby increasing the density of the air entering the cylinder also increase the air intake amount, accordingly increase the fuel supply of the fuel injection pump, the output power of the diesel engine can be increase.

    Precautions:

    1. Make sure the lubricant is clean, change the oil regularly, and replace the oil filter.
    2. Make sure the intake air is clean and maintain the air filter system regularly.
    3. The crankshaft can be cranked before starting to ensure stable oil pressure and filled with oil lubrication system.
    4. It can’t be put into full-load operation immediately after starting, it should run at idle speed for about 5 minutes, and then load and run after the oil pressure rises normally. If the acceleration is too early after starting, it is easy to damage the turbochargerbearings.
    5. Please pay attention to observe the oil pressure, oil temperature and running status during engine running. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, please find the reason and solveit soon.
    6. When the weather is cold, the load cannot be increased suddenly. The diesel engine should be heated for a period of time before it can be put into use.
    7. After high-speed full-load operation, if there is no special circumstances, you should not stop immediately, and you should gradually reduce the speed to stop. Idle for about 5 minutes before stopping to prevent the turbocharger bearing from lacking oil, overheating the engine oil, and turbocharger bearing and turbine impeller biting.
